Poor Man's Shrimp Fajita

Shrimp is cheap in the USA, and it is also very easy to cook. I like Mexican food, and among their dishes I like shrimp fajita the best. Although, comparatively cheaper than other restaurants, I cannot afford to go out and have shrimp fajita every day. So I tried making my own shrimp fajita at home. My recipe is not taken from anywhere and before you start I must warn you that you can get a better and authentic recipe from elsewhere.

Ingredients:
1/2 packet of Incredible® (or any other) raw shrimp (40-50 in a packet)
Green/red/yellow bell pepper (capsicum): 2
Onion: 1
Roma Tomato: 1-2
Lime: 1
Chilli (kancha lanka): 2-3 or more
Shredded cheese: any of the following kinds: three cheese, four cheese, Mexican.. etc.
Salt, cumin powder, chili powder, turmeric, fish masala, oil

Thaw shrimp, marinate with salt, cumin powder, fish masala, chilli powder, and a pinch of turmeric. (10 min maximum)
Julienne the bell peppers and the onions. Chop the tomatoes.
Heat oil in a pan, fry the shrimp until light brown. (Don’t overfry, this is not your spouse's bheja)
Set aside the shrimp, add more oil if neccessary. Add the onions, fry for a minute, and then add the bell peppers. Fry until the onion is light brown (not black). Finally add the tomatoes and cook until the reaction mixture is homogeneous (means tomtoes should not be seen separately, but can be felt and/or tasted). In the meanime you can sprinkle some water if neccessary (don't add too much water, this is supposed to be a dry dish). Add some salt and chilli powder according to your taste. Add the shrimp; mix them well with the vegetables, and squeeeze the lime from the top. Finally add shredded cheese (as much as you want), and wait till it melts. Your shrimp fajita is ready. I usually eat it with tortilla, but feel free to explore.
