Angel Hair

4 meals
-----------------------------------------

Angel Hair-1 packet
Frozen mixed vegetable-peas and carrots-1/2 packet
Onion-1
Cabbage-1/2
Salt
Oil-5 teaspoon


Method
---------------------------------
(1) In pressure cooker add water to 2/3 height.Heat should be high on the smaller burners. Break angel hair into 1/2 lengthwise and add to water.Add 2 teaspoon salt.After angel hair is boiled drain water in strainer(steel).
(2)Cut cabbage and onion.
(3)Add oil to a pan. Heat and add cabbage and onion.
(4)After cabbage about half done add mixed vegetales,salt.(dont add too much salt as noodles also has salt)
(5)When vegetables are fried add noodles . stir and fry for 2/3 mins

Suggestion 1: If it is in common parlance 'chowmein' tahole diim in omlette form or in bhurji version of omlette can also be added

Angel hair is long 'hairy'(?) pasta. Yes, It looks like chowmein, but takes longer time to boil. Thanks for the suggestion. :) I have not made it yet! I'm having 'paneer paratha' (bought from a desi store, frozen), 'kancha lonka', onion and mango-pickle for the last three days.

Nah..I guess you have to learn cooking from me:) Just kidding..tumi oil ta gorom howar por, add chopped garlic. Turn off the heat and let the garlic turn golden brown; then fry onions and veggies. Add the pasta, with pepper and salt...
